🍳 Santorini’s Eggs 🍅

🏝️ Exquisite & traditional breakfast idea from the island of Santorini!

📄 Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1,5 tsp tomato paste
- 50ml olive oil
- 0,5 tsp sugar
- Oregano, salt and pepper

📜 Recipe:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan
- Add the tomato paste + sugar
- Cook for 8–10 minutes
- Add the eggs, pour some sauce on top of the egg yolks
- Add salt, pepper & oregano
- Cover the pan and cook for another 8 minutes
- Serve with some rye rusks
